Support
One place to send a bug, and an honest description of what happens after you do.
Bugs, questions and feature requests all go to the same place: the contact form or team@thepluginpantry.com. There is no ticket system and no support forum to sign up to.
What to include
- The plugin name and version, from the Plugins screen.
- Your WordPress version and PHP version, both on Tools > Site Health > Info.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- Any error text, in full, including anything written to debug.log.
- Whether it still happens with other plugins deactivated and a default theme active.
What to expect
We read everything. A reply usually takes a day or two, sometimes longer over a weekend or a holiday, and we will not pretend otherwise with a service level we cannot staff. A reproducible bug gets fixed in the next release, and security issues jump the queue.
Feature requests are answered honestly against the standard. If a request sits outside a plugin’s published scope, the answer is no, or it becomes a Pro add-on, or it becomes a different plugin. It does not quietly get added to the free one.
