This site

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. That is the only third-party script on the site. It sets Google's analytics cookies and sends page views to Google, which processes them under its own privacy policy. There are no other pixels, no tag manager and no advertising trackers, and nothing you type into a form is sent to Google. If your browser blocks the script, every page still works exactly the same. The fonts are served from this domain, not from a font network.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs for its own operations and security. We do not add anything to them and we do not use them to track visitors.

Forms

The contact form and the Pro notification form send what you type to our own inbox, using Resend as the mail provider. There is no database behind either form: your message is an email and nothing more. We keep it while it is useful, reply from it, and delete it when it is done. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your address to anyone.

Buying Pantry Pro

A Pantry Pro purchase is made on Stripe's checkout, with Stripe as the merchant of record. Stripe takes the payment, keeps the card details, works out the tax and sends the receipt and invoices, all under its own privacy policy; we never see the card. What this site keeps is the record it needs to run the licence: your name and email address as you gave them at checkout, the licence key, the tier, the renewal date, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, and the host name of each site the key is activated on. That record lives in a database hosted by Neon on our behalf, and the emails that carry the key are sent through Resend. It is kept for as long as the licence exists and for the period after that in which a refund or a dispute could still arise, and it is used for nothing but the licence and support.

The plugins

The free plugins send no data anywhere. There is no telemetry, no phone-home, no anonymous usage statistics, no licence check and no update ping to a server of ours. That is a rule in the standard, not a setting, and each plugin page lists its external requests as measured on the release zip.

There is one exception among the free plugins, and it is the whole point of that plugin: Pantry Mail connects to the SMTP server you configure, because sending your email is what it is for. It talks to your mail provider and to nobody else.

Pantry Pro, the paid add-on, makes three requests to this site and no others: one when a key is activated, one a day to check the key is still good, and one to ask whether an update exists. Each carries the licence key and the site's host name, and nothing about the site's content, users or visitors. The Pro guide lists the three addresses.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want an email deleted, write to team@thepluginpantry.com. In almost every case the answer is one email thread and we will delete it on request.
