Find my key

Put in the address you bought with and every Pantry Pro key on it is emailed back.

The address is used to find the keys and to send them, and for nothing else.

The message lists each key with its tier, how many of its sites are in use, whether it is active or expired, and when it renews. It carries the download link and the link to Stripe’s billing pages for renewals and cancellation.

An address we hold no key for is sent nothing at all, and the answer above says the same thing either way, so this page cannot be used to find out who has bought what.

Billing

Renewals, the card on file, invoices and cancellation live on Stripe’s own pages. They open with the key and the address it was bought with, together, because a key on its own is handed around between people who work on a site and must not be enough to cancel it.

If the key is on a site already

A site running Pantry Pro shows the key on Plugin Pantry > Pro with only its last four characters visible, so a working site is not the place to read it back. This page is.
